Jobber Email Marketing: Turning Job History Into Booked Revenue

Jobber is great at operations. Here's what to do with all the customer data it's been collecting.

Jobber email marketing integration is the process of using customer and job data exported from Jobber to power targeted email campaigns — win-back sequences, seasonal service pushes, and estimate follow-up — that Jobber's native tools don't support as standalone campaign infrastructure.

What Jobber Does

Jobber is a field service management platform built for residential and commercial service businesses. It handles quoting, scheduling, job tracking, invoicing, and client communication. It's a strong all-in-one operations platform particularly popular with smaller service businesses.

Where Jobber Falls Short for Marketing

  • Email and SMS automations are built around job workflows — not campaign-style marketing sequences
  • No win-back automation — Jobber doesn't have a native trigger for 'customer hasn't booked in 18 months'
  • Email templates are transaction-focused — service confirmation, invoice, review request
  • Limited campaign segmentation — advanced filters like equipment age or service frequency require data export and external tools
  • Marketing sequence builder is not available in standard Jobber plans

How Jobber Works With Send It

Jobber tracks every customer, quote, and job. Send It turns that history into targeted outreach — reactivating dormant customers, following up on unsold quotes, and running seasonal campaigns to the right segments at the right time.

The Workflow, Step by Step

  1. 1

    Export clients from Jobber

Go to Clients in Jobber → use the filter options to segment by last job date, job type, or client tag → export to CSV. Include client name, email, phone, and last job date.

  2. 2

Export unsold quotes (for estimate follow-up campaigns)

Go to Quotes → filter by status (Awaiting Response or Overdue) and date range → export. These contacts get a separate estimate follow-up sequence, not the general reactivation campaign.

  3. 3

    List clean and segment

Invalid emails are removed, contacts are verified for deliverability, and the cleaned list is segmented into campaign buckets: win-back, seasonal, estimate follow-up.

  4. 4

    Campaign build and launch

Each segment gets a campaign matched to its situation. Win-back contacts get a 3-email reactivation sequence. Seasonal contacts get a pre-season push. Unsold quotes get a 5-touch estimate follow-up sequence.
