The consensus as an industry was "email is dead." But that didn't sit right with me...

Example: last year I got a quote for a new water heater from a company here in Utah. They did their inspection, gave me some options, and that was it. I've never heard a peep from them since. No follow-up, no explanation, no education.
To them, "job complete" was the end of the transaction. But for us at Send It?...
Job complete is the start of the relationship.
Next time I need service, I'll either go with someone else or make them pay a second time to get my business.
